Luxexotic Store is committed to providing the highest level of jewelry, so we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated jewelry. If your product is damaged, vanishes or breaks during normal use, the Warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece, free of charge. If for some reason we no longer have the item, you are allowed to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.

Yes, we only use 14-18k yellow gold, .925 real sterling silver and genuine white / black rhodium. All our products are taken under exhaustive quality and durability tests before, during and after production. We comply with all regulations established by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Jewelry Surveillance Committee.
The jewelry must be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, store it in a dustproof place. Good storage boxes are lined with enamel-proof cloth and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing jewelry with rubber products. Always remove jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.
Chlorine/Clorox, especially at high temperatures, can permanently damage or discolor your gold jewelry. Gently clean your gold or gold plated jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. Be sure not to over-polish the jewelry, especially gold plated, as it may damage the finish.
No, our Gold Plated products are finished with IP technology that can last from 3 to 4 years. The process we use is the highest quality coating available. This process allows our gold plated jewelry to last longer than any other typical gold bath you are used to. We work constantly to improve processes and ensure that our products are the most durable available.

All orders will receive full tracking information by Facebook Messenger. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Luxexotic is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages once the tracking number appears as "Delivered". However, we are committed to guarantee your satisfaction, that's why we ensure all shipments. Use the tracking number that we provide to track your order until it is delivered. If you never receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it has been delivered, check with your postman, neighbors or building manager / mail room, before contacting us. If you still cannot find the package, contact us and we will file a claim. Depending on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not replace your order.
A waiting slot is available at https://www.usps.com/ with your tracking number if you will not be at home for the delivery of express services.
National
Standard:
Luxexotic sends through USPS Mail services for standard delivery. These services are offered FREE on most orders at the time of check out. Please wait 4 to 8 business days for delivery (6 to 10 days for the US). Mailboxes addresses are allowed.
Express:
Luxexotic sends 2-day express delivery services available at the time of check-out for most items and locations. Delivery will be made by USPS Mail, depending on the delivery location. Orders placed on / before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day. We cannot ship to national post office boxes with express services unless the physical address of the post office boxes is indicated in the shipping address.
Military APO / AFO:
Military and diplomatic addresses are sent FREE through the USPS mail. Please wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. Orders to military and diplomatic addresses are limited to $ 300 USD due to USPS insurance policies.
Express:
International express delivery services are available at check-out for most items and locations. Delivery will be made by USPS Mail. Orders placed on / before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
No. There will be no import tax payment on the Luxexotic Store website; however, you, as a customer, are the registered importer and MUST comply with all the rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, which apply once the shipment arrives in the country of destination.

Orders and payments
Immediately after placing your order, we will send an email to the address you provide with an order / invoice number. This is a 4-digit number that you can use to refer to your order. In case you need to return / exchange, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, please provide our customer service team with your name and order number.
Luxexotic accepts returns / changes within 14 days after the date your item was delivered. If you wish to return / exchange any item (s), an authorization form is required. To obtain an Authorization Form, contact customer service by phone at 1-787-941-072, send an email to info@luxexotic.store or through our customer service chat line. Solid gold items are not subject to refunds, due to the fact that each piece is made on demand. Some Solid Gold items may be subject to change. Contact our customer support team if your Solid Gold item is eligible for the exchange.
- Please wait up to 5 business days after your change has been processed for the shipment of your items (exclusions apply for items in back order).
- Luxexotic will provide national prepaid return labels only in case we have made an error. For example: if Luxexotic sent you the wrong piece of jewelry or watch.
- If you paid with a prepaid credit card, the amount is refunded in the form of store credit.
- Refunds will not be granted on limited edition purchases or on demand orders.

Luxexotic offers customized designs that range from numbers, letters, symbols and logos. Any personalized pendant you want; we can do it for you! All custom orders will be Solid Gold, White Solid Gold or Sterling Silver material upon request. The minimum quotation for a personalized order is $ 2,000, with a deposit fee of $ 250.00 made through the Custom Jewelry Consultation product on the site, which is applied in its entirety to the cost of the piece if it is to be created. Discount codes of 20% or less can be applied to all items specified in Solid Gold Material or Diamond Grades of Si1-VVS. If for any reason your applied discount code exceeds this amount, a member of our Customer Service Team will notify you by email.
